In addition to the care provided through small groups, the Pastors College provides specific practical support for the students’ wives and children.

Pastors College Wives

Usually, the wives make the most significant sacrifice when a student and his family come to the Pastors College. We are committed to supporting and caring for these ladies as they support and serve their husbands and families.

In addition to the small groups for the ladies, Betsy Ricucci also leads monthly training meetings, sometimes featuring the wives of Covenant Life pastors. These meetings further equip the ladies for their future role as pastors’ wives.

Throughout the school year, the Pastors College conducts several events specifically for the wives for the purposes of recreation, refreshment, and deepening their friendships.

Pastors College Family

A variety of special events, such as a fall festival, a sweetheart banquet, and a field trip to Washington, D.C. provide the students with opportunities to develop relationships as couples and families.

The children of students often develop meaningful friendships that last well beyond the school year. To assist with child care and other practical needs, small groups within Covenant Life Church adopt each Pastors College family during the school year. PC Connect, a ministry team within Covenant Life, provides additional care for students and their families.
