Gary Ricucci, director of student care, serves as the students’ pastor during their time at the Pastors College. He and his wife, Betsy, meet with couples throughout the year, oversee special events, and provide students with counsel and care. The Ricuccis also lead monthly small-group meetings with the students and wives in their home. These small groups are a vital context for developing relationships and applying Scripture. Students and wives also gather in smaller men's and women's fellowship groups for accountability and specific help in sanctification.
